The Memorandum of Insurance (MOI) provides 24/7 access to download or print Rayonier’s most up-to-date insurance information.

An MOI provides online information about Rayonier’s insurance programs in the same way a Certificate of Insurance (COI) does, but with the added benefit of real-time verification. This information includes policy numbers and effective dates, limits, insurer identification and applicable endorsements regarding additional insured, waiver of subrogation and primary and non-contributory per the terms of signed agreements, contracts, and/or leases. 

When you enter your email address to obtain the MOI, your name will be added to an email list that will be notified if a material change, update or cancellation is made to the insurance program.  This process improves efficiencies both within Rayonier and for your organization, making this information a click away instead of requiring manual COIs for all customers each year.

Please note: An MOI does not list the certificate holder’s name or other specific contract information and is not signed by the insurance underwriter or broker. It confers no rights and is a matter of information only, with what is agreed to within our contracts taking precedence.
